From mixing a tin or two into your cheese and charcuterie spread, to hosting an evening featuring tinned fish from all over the world… you cannot go wrong. And the best part? It is insanely easy!

For an effortless yet still impressive spread, prepare a simple green salad and some seasonal veggies from the famers market to serve alongside your beautiful tins of flaky fish and chilled anchovies (don’t you dare forgot the butter and pickled onions, trust me) and you have the perfect last minute summertime hang. Hosting tips: Always have a couple tins of fish in your pantry. And Maybe some anchovies in your fridge. These items have a long shelf life and will always come in handy for surprise guests and last minute entertaining needs.
